If you are looking for the ultimate lake fishing in North America – look no further than the NWT of Canada. These extremely remote lakes are 1-2 hours north of Yellowknife and accessed only by float plane. The lakes have a mixture of big lake trout, northern pike, grayling, and in one lake we even have arctic char! The different lakes have different combinations of fish and we have the ability to customize fishing trips to fit our client’s needs. All of our camps are either wood cabin or wood frame tents with oil heaters and full staff of guides and camp cook. All of the camps also have boats and motors, usually 14’ to 15’ skiffs with 20hp to 30hp outboards. Camps are limited to eight fishermen maximum to ensure a quality experience for everyone.
We welcome spin fishermen as well as fly fishermen. Either way if you want to catch 40” plus pike, 30lb+ lake trout, and 20” + grayling, see caribou, tundra grizzlies, wolves, and other wildlife – the NWT should be your next adventure fishing destination!
